The gameโ€™s rapid growth highlights the increasing adoption of blockchain-integrated gaming experiences and signals Anichessโ€™s emergence as a formidable player in the sector. 

Anichess merges traditional chess mechanics with Web 3 innovations, introducing magical spells and special abilities that enhance strategic play. This novel twist has led to over 500,000 matches played to date, which accumulated more than 3 million minutes of gameplay.  

The gameโ€™s free-to-play model ensures accessibility to chess lovers of all skill levels while leveraging decentralized technologies. With a strong community of 40,000 members on Discord, the community is actively contributing to the development of the game.
