In a testament to the surging investor confidence in Indiaโs gaming sector, mobile game publisher Felicity Games has successfully raised $3 million in a seed funding round led by 3one4 Capital. The investment also saw participation from Singapore-based T-Accelerate Capital, Japanโs MIXI Global Investments, and existing backers DeVC and Visceral Capital.
The Bengaluru-headquartered startup intends to leverage the fresh capital to strengthen its publishing infrastructure and forge deeper collaborations with Indian game studios. Additionally, Felicity Games plans to expand its portfolio by testing new game titles through 2025.
Founded in 2023 by Anurag Choudhary, Felicity Games specializes in hybrid-casual games and has partnered with over 10 Indian studios to scale and optimize their offerings globally. The company integrates data-based insights with execution-focused strategies to enhance user acquisition, monetization, and live operations.
โAt Felicity, we employ a tech-driven, execution-focused approach to systematically identify and scale global hits. By harnessing Indiaโs rich studio ecosystem and top global talent in UA, Monetization, and Live Ops, weโre accelerating learning and innovation,โ said Choudhary.
The company has made major strides in revenue generation, surpassing $1 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR). Its flagship titles, Seek & Find and Nova Solitaire, have collectively crossed one million downloads. Notably, Felicity Games recorded $100,000 in gross revenue in February 2025, which makes a four-fold increase from November 2024.
โThe gaming industry is undergoing a transformative shift, driven by mobile adoption and evolving advertising regulations. These changes present opportunities for emerging companies to redefine game development, discovery, and monetization,โ noted Sonal Saldanha, Vice President at 3one4 Capital. โFelicity Games is taking a first-principles approach to building a formidable gaming enterprise from India through exceptional talent, operational efficiency, and rapid execution.โ
The startup has also attracted investments from prominent industry figures, including Swiggy co-founders Sriharsha Majety and Nandan Reddy, Cred Founder Kunal Shah, and Krator Studios co-founder Manish Agarwal.
